Welcome,

to counselling for who you are.

Returning home to who you are, to your relationships, and to your life – that is what our work together may look like.

Your story matters to me — you matter to me.

I work from a holistic perspective which means I support people in the areas of mental, emotional, embodied, and spiritual healing. I understand that context matters and that each person is unique; so, I approach this work with humility, respect, curiosity, and humour.

My focus is to help you move through the challenging spaces of your life, realize a deeper sense of self, and heal your relationships (with self and others). We do this work so that you can live your life with a sense of peace, joy, and fulfillment. In our work together, we will create practices that uplift and support healthy ways of being, knowing, and doing. I will provide resources and help you develop skills to manage stressors and life challenges while cultivating presence, trust, and connection.

If this sounds like what you’re looking for, please reach out and let's connect.
