Healing happens together and context matters.
group work
Group therapy, group processing, or sharing circles are a collective therapy that provide people an environment to interact with others who can relate to what they are going through. Within group work, clients get the chance to share their experiences, emotions, and questions with the group and the counsellor. As clients do this, they also witness others do the same. Group work provides a rich and multilayered healing context for people while providing the opportunity to practice the skills they are developing within their personal therapy work.
