what to expect:
Soft Girl Ceremonies is a monthly gathering designed to create a gentle space for you to move freely, process emotions, find real connection, and integrate self and collective care. Each session invites you to explore and honour your inner landscape and to nurture your body, mind, and spirit through intentional ritual — a blend of:
free movement
movement with the purpose of choice and bodily autonomy — moving how you want and need to. movement to play, process, express, and experience your bodily wisdom.
reflective journalling
reflect and write about your life, your emotions, your movement. this is a time to slow down and notice — a way to be with your truest self.
self and community connection
time to check in one another, listen, and share what’s meaningful to you in circle — taking care of self and others at the same time.
Please bring some water, your journal and a pen, and wear loose clothing to move in with layers to remove as you warm up.
When: Friday from 5:45 PM - 7:15 PM MST
